Hi friends! On the way to my upcoming, latest solo show at The Scratch NEXT WEEK (Chris Things 2025: "Los Luchadores vs Alien Invaders") I thought I'd share with you a few previous solo show pieces from years gone by that I somehow never got around to posting!
Kicking it all off with this lovely little ode to the tremendous Luchador that is Villano IV from 2022! This number was actually taken from his amazing 'Ruleta De La Muerte' match against Psycho Clown that year in Lucha Libre AAA. There's something I absolutely adore about watching middle aged legends in bloody brawls. This crimson mask was a total all-timer! The whole aesthetic of the torn Luchador mask goes so darn hard. I' also a dirty little fiend for some good gig mark scars!
I highly recommend this match (as well as all of Villano IV's 'Ruleta De La Muerte' matches from that year on his road to finally losing his legendary mask.
Funny little anecdote' pictured framed version sold at the show, but to my surprise, it came back into my life this past week. As the bloody wrasslin' conoisseur who purchased this ended up being my partner's sister, who we've just moved in with on the new property! Thanks Laura!!
